This training is designed to provide an entry-level focus on the core elements and fundamental tasks of MI. Participants can expect to have a stronger understanding of the definition of MI as a tool that helps to guide conversations and empower those whom we serve. We will delve into the Engagement aspect of MI and offer opportunities to reflect on how this shows up in your practices.

The overview also introduces ways system partners can support ongoing success of HFW teams and keeping youth in their homes and their communities.
Overview Trainings will be offered the 1st Wednesday of every month, provided that there are sufficient registrants.

Training tracks are available to only individuals on a HFW team in specific roles to help support learning around skills and individualized needs.
These training tracks are only for High Fidelity Wraparound team members who have been in their role for at least 3 months and who are working on a NC HFWTP monitored High Fidelity Wraparound Team.
The High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator Training is a two-day experiential training designed to support the High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator with understanding their role in the HFW process. The training emphasizes the development of skills that support the use of the principles and the completion of action steps throughout the phases, all while emphasizing how to support purposeful transition for youth and families.
This training is only for High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitators who have been in their role for at least 3 months and who are working on a NC HFWTP monitored High Fidelity Wraparound Team.

The Family Support Partner training track is a one-day on-line training designed to provide best practices and strategies of implementation of the Family Support Partner role within the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team. The Training offers a unique and authentic approach in effectively engaging families throughout the HFW process. It explores activities FSPs will utilize when working with families, focuses on advocacy skills needed on a daily basis, and reviews the credentialing and National certification processes.
This training is only for High Fidelity Wraparound Family Support Partners who have been in their role for at least 3 months and who are working on a NC HFWTP monitored High Fidelity Wraparound Team.

The Youth Support Partner Training is an experiential training designed to introduce the principles, phases, theory of change, and activities of the HFW model specific to the YSP role. The training provides HFW Youth Support Partners with an opportunity to learn skills that support sharing their own experience, providing voice for youth, cheer youth on to be a voice for themselves, and find a balance in meeting the HFW and clinical expectations on the job with transparency.
This training is only for High Fidelity Wraparound Youth Support Partners who have been in their role for at least 3 months and who are working on a NC HFWTP monitored High Fidelity Wraparound Team.

The High Fidelity Wraparound Coach Training is a two-day experiential on-line training designed to support High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Coaches in bridging their role, the HFW processes, and HFW protocols together. The training provides Coaches with practical applications of coaching that include practicing assessment and identification of team member needs, exploring preparation and planning to support team growth, establishing and utilizing feedforward, making informed decisions based on data from Dashboards, and connecting the role of a coach with the HFW process and protocols.
This training is only for High Fidelity Wraparound Coaches who have been in their role for at least 3 months and who are working on a NC HFWTP monitored High Fidelity Wraparound Team.
