Deborah Moore

Implementation Specialist

I am an Implementation Specialist for the NC High Fidelity Wraparound Training Program. I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work Degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and my Master’s of Social Work from the University of South Carolina @ Columbia. I have served youth and families for over 20 years in various capacities, starting at the Department of Social Services as a Child Protective Services Investigator. During my tenure there, I was privileged to work as the Intensive Family Services Supervisor and lastly as the Program Manager of Placement Services. Prior to coming on at UNC Greensboro, I was a statewide Trainer for North Carolina State University where I had the opportunity to share practical skills congruent with policy with social workers and Child Welfare community partners. I am passionate about engaging others and “iron sharpening iron” so that we are all best equipped to work alongside families to leave them better than when we came.
